Assessment
Assessment in the art room is a dynamic, ongoing process that takes many forms. It happens daily as I observe students experimenting with materials, discussing ideas, and problem-solving. Formal assessments like rubrics, critiques, and portfolio reviews provide structure, while informal methods, such as one-on-one conversations and peer feedback, capture authentic growth.
